Subject the provisions of the section 252 of the Companies Act, the Governor shall from time to time determine in writing the number of Directors of the company which shall not be less than two and not more than eleven. The Governor shall appoint the Directors including the Chairman. The Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the Company.
